Significance
Sahasrayogam is the everyday clinical reference for Kerala Vaidyas — a thousand+ classical formulations organised by dosage form. Until now, English access required scholars to work from either the brief 1947 edition (incomplete) or piecemeal academic translations of individual chapters.
