• What kinds of hospitals are eligible to partner with AyurConnect?+

  Any Ayurveda hospital, classical clinic, or Panchakarma centre registered with the State Indian Medicine Department. NABH accreditation is welcome but not required. We list hospitals from single-doctor clinics through 200+ bed multi-branch chains. Wellness resorts without licensed BAMS doctors on staff are not eligible.
• How does the verification process work?+

  Upload your hospital registration, the senior physician's CCIM/AYUSH registration, and any infrastructure / NABH documentation. We do an on-call walkthrough (45 min) with your administrator and verify at least 3 senior doctors' credentials independently. Total time: 5–7 business days.
• What does the hospital portal include?+

  Patient intake with classical Prakriti + Nadi pariksha fields, doctor + room scheduling, OPD/IPD tracker, prescription writer with the 1,000-formulation library, online consultation video (Daily.co), Razorpay payments, WhatsApp appointment reminders, and a performance dashboard. • Can we accept UAE / GCC patients for medical tourism?+

  Yes — once verified, you can list Panchakarma packages on /tourism with INR and AED pricing. We handle the enquiry funnel + WhatsApp lead delivery directly to your reception. International patients can pay via Razorpay UAE rails (AED card / Apple Pay) so funds reach your account in INR within 48 hours.
• Is there a setup fee or contract minimum?+

  No setup fee. Monthly subscription, cancellable any time with 30 days' notice. You retain ownership of all patient data — exportable in CSV / FHIR JSON if you ever switch. Insurance integration (Niva Bupa / Star + GCC carriers) is included in the Enterprise tier.
