Chief complaint: Excessive hair fall (handfuls) for 8 months. Thinning visible at temples.
History: Vegetarian. Recent stress (job change, marriage). Iron deficiency anemia noted (Hb 10.6, ferritin 12). Thyroid normal. Vitamin D low. No autoimmune workup.
