Patient presentation
Chief complaint: Right-sided facial weakness for 3 weeks. Started suddenly after cold exposure during night travel.
History: Trucker. Cold AC + window exposure prior. No HTN, DM. Trial of prednisolone + acyclovir at presentation (modern Bell's palsy protocol). Partial improvement but still significant residual at week 3. Wants Ayurveda for full recovery.
