English at all classified centres. Some specialist centres (Vaidyagrama, Punarnava) have German-speaking liaison staff for European patients.
GKV (statutory insurance) does not cover Ayurveda. Some PKV (private) plans cover Heilpraktiker-prescribed Ayurveda but rarely abroad — confirm scope.
