Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram is one of the oldest Ayurveda teaching institutions in India, originally established in 1889 under the Travancore royal patronage. It is now affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) and operates the attached Government Ayurveda Hospital.
