I am a qualified BAMS Ayurvedic physician with a patient-centred approach to Ayurveda. I provide online Ayurvedic consultations for common health concerns and offer personalized guidance based on individual symptoms, lifestyle, diet and health needs. My consultations focus on practical Ayurvedic treatment, appropriate diet and lifestyle modifications, and follow-up care. I believe in understanding each patient individually and providing simple, sustainable recommendations. Online consultations are available in English , Malayalam and Hindi. I have BAMS degree from Vaidyaratnam ayurveda college . I have worked in a Sarvadobhadra, clinic at Pringottukara Thrissur . I have worked as external mentor in conducting online lifestyle and mental health care training programme for children “ CIRAKUKAL” on behalf of National Ayush Mission Mental Heath project ‘Harshan ‘ under the department pf Indian system of Medicine,Thrissur ,Kerala. I have extended my service as Covid Warrior as part of Ayur Raksha Task Force at Government Ayurvedic Dispensary Avinissery Thrissur , under ISM Department. I have participated as a delegate in the Vajra 2016 International Ayurveda Conclave at Thrissur . Participated as a delegate in Pradeeptha 2019 seminar on clinical aspects at Nageli Ayurveda Medical college. Attended a seminar on Cosmetology in Ayurveda, seminar on Cyber crimes and Social media, Mational Seminar on gastro intestinal disorders I have won the Ashtavaidyan Pasma Shri ET Neelakandhan Mooss Award 2021. Won the first ever Padmasree Dr K Rajagopalan Memorial Endowment .Received the Astavaidyan Eledath Thikkattu Narayana Mooss Shashtabdapoorthi Smaraka award, Ashtavaidya Padmasree ET Nellakanda Moss Sathabhisheka memorial Endowment instituted by Agents association. I also received certificate of excellence for being’s second place in final prof BAMS 2020 , being first place in kayachikitsa of BAMS University examination 2020,being second in Roga Nidana and vikrithi vijnaana University examination 2018. I wish to serve the humanity and heal people .
